Try Local First cares a great deal about our local economy and want it to prosper in good times and bad.

That is why they are giving away a $1000 shopping spree to one lucky winner. It’s their very own stimulus package for East Multnomah County.

Making An Impact

Try Local First is a coalition of business organizations in East Multnomah County, united to encourage residents and businesses to purchase locally whenever possible.

Formed in 2008 Under the umbrella of the Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce, the coalition consists of representatives from the Historic Downtown Gresham Business Association, West Columbia Gorge Chamber of Commerce, Rockwood Business Coalition, Gresham Downtown Development Association, and East Metro Economic Alliance

Universal & Beneficial

The ideas that Try Local First promotes are universal and beneficial to almost everyone. Because of that, the organization remains open to anyone who wants to get involved. Learn more at TryLocalFirst.org.

Entering is Easy

Simply visit their contest page and fill out the entry form on their Enter to Win page, and you’ll be entered. You can enter once a day.

The hard part will be deciding what to spend your $1000 shopping spree on.

The contest runs the entire month of November, ending on November 30th.
